What to Expect at an Appointment on the day

‘Appointment on the day’, allows you to see us without booking in advance, offering flexibility for patients with urgent needs or uncertain schedules.

Key Information:

• No Guaranteed Availability: We may not always be able to see you upon arrival. If we’re busy, you might be asked to return later in the day and will be given an appointment time.
• Potential Wait Times: Appointment on the day appointments can involve longer waits compared to booked appointments.
• Non-Urgent Cases: If your visit isn’t urgent, you might be asked to return another day book an appointment or consider alternative options.

Appointment on the day are available at:  

Eastbourne, Avenue House: Monday 8:30am-7:15pm & Wednesday 8:30am-7:15pm

Hastings, Station Plaza: Tuesday 8:30am-7:15pm & Thursday 1:00pm – 5:15pm

Limitations:

We may not be able to routinely provide services such as implant or IUD fittings, cervical screenings during ‘Appointments on the Day’
