Service Disruption Notice (31 March – 11 April)

Due to system updates, some services may be disrupted during this time. Here’s how to access help:

  • PEP: Visit A&E within 72 hours of exposure.
  • PrEP: Order free D-PrEP at www.SH.UK or PrEPster on www.prepster.info
  • Emergency contraception (25+ and for under 25s): Use EHC map for local providers at eastsussexsexualhealth.co.uk.
  • STI testing: Order home kits at www.SH.UK.
  • Sexual assault help: Contact Saturn Centre at 0330 2230099.
  • Condoms: Visit SH.UK or eastsussexsexualhealth.co.uk.
  • C-Card registration or to get condoms: Find locations via Map for Condoms at eastsussexsexualhealth.co.uk.

For additional help: Call 0300 013 2050 or email us at kentchft.hr.spsh@nhs.net.

For urgent issues including if you think you may be pregnant with a coil in situ or if you are experiencing symptoms such as severe pain, unusual discharge, genital ulcers or sores, swelling or inflammation of the genitals, fever, difficulty or pain during urination or unexplained bleeding: Contact your GP, urgent care centre, or NHS 111.

Please be aware on Tuesday 25th March, the drop-in at Station Plaza sexual health clinic will not open until 9.30am.

We are closed Thursday 27th March at both Avenue House and Station Plaza sexual health clinics until 2.30pm.

We have a reduced service on Friday 28th March at both Avenue House and Station Plaza sexual health clinics.
